bittorrent! no doubt.. i would never pay for filesharing service.. if i where to pay i could just as well pay the creators instead who deserves it..

BT is the best.
It's free, if you're on good private trackers speed is excellent and retention is good too.

RS is always a hassle...if you want to make it simple you have to pay for a premium account and even then you have download restrictions (limited download/day-week).

I use it sometimes and I'm lucky I have a dynamic IP and can change that relatively easy to avoid the waiting time but with BT I don't have to do anything.
