If you like movies like training day a good movie many people missed is "Running Scared" 2006 release with Paul Walker, not the greatest actor i know but good movie.

I can understand how K-Pax might not have been widely released on Proxima Canturi due to your longstanding antipahy towards Paxians, but here in America K-Pax was a major studio release with a couple of very famous stars and hardly qualifies for "unknown" status.

Still a Great movie.. and not too much advertised i believe..

What about "Cube" from 1997?

It's a mystery/horror/sci-fi combo about a couple of people that for some reason is trapped inside an enourmous cube of rooms, some of which have deadly traps.
They try to figure out what is going on and while moving around to find an exit, they also try to avoid the dangerous rooms by figuring out clues that they get.

There were two follow-ups, but only the third (Cube Zero) was watchable(not that great though). The second one, Hypercube, is a load of crap though.

Cube was alright but it was more an exercise in concept than an actual film.
Overall interesting but not affecting and I really,really hated the ending.
