I think eLBitz is underrated a little bit, it's a great tracker. Though I'd say BitMe and BitSpyder are better, I'd put eLBitz ahead of Learnbits.

- Bitme is the best
- docs.torrent.ro is good and has free leech as said before
- learnbits few members and few torrents
- elibz few torrents but it grows faster
- gfxnews is good if you interested in graphics

I don't have bitspider yet.

and most of what i want, i get it from rapidshare usually

I've been hunting around the public trackers but not so much luck, not as much compared to demonoid back in the day. I wish I didn't have to wait a month to get access to the invites section here

ad I said before bitme its great but its dependent about the contents , cause thevault its great learning tracker too but its only for business/money-making.
so its realy hard to say
I think the all trackers are good cause there is never enough for studing
