help deciding on PDA

i want to purchase one of these but i dont know which one is better

so please help me out, i need it to have GPS and also a PDA

i am stuck between the above two, and if you got any suggestion then please tell me.(if theres a better one that the two above with about the same price range then please tell me.)

can i put a tomtom software on those??
