public trackers have nearly everything or just leech from the sub group tracker, check on anidb the groups and their sites. Private trackers only have this or that .

To answer your question though, Boxtorrents(Free to join and the best place for non licensed anime), TTi(Great tracker for licensed anime), Asiandvdclub, TL, Animesuki, TB, and LM are the best places to get anime.
