ok...I'm stuck on the car gif one. I didn't even know it was a Citroen car being that I live in the US. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. ARRGGH. I've made it a freaking gif, but nada. I've hit a wall.

I want a better clue for this car image one than "gif me a clue," which solves nothing. The image looks the same as a gif as it does as a jpg. Zooming in, nothing. Is it a play on the license plate letters and #'s? Properties of the gif give nothing. Ughs. This one is annoying as fuck. pardon my language.
