    just had a look in cpuz at my memory speed and not sure whether this is correct. My memory is meant to be 800mhz but is showing as 400mhz is that right?





    do i need to adjust this in bios? my mobo is a gigabyte p35-ds3r?

    DDR stands for Double Data Rate, thus 400Mhz x 2 = 800Mhz.
    Your RAM is running at the correct speed. Don't worry about it
