    This getting confusing and this why people that post these kind of questions need to give all the info that is need up front like router model, OS and if it has customized firmware that needs to said.

    All that stuff was in my OP, but I deleted the screenshots for safety reasons.

    I had dd-wrt on my old router
    I have dd-wrt on my current router

    And also, apparently you cannot use PFConfig without paying for it =\
