I'm just thankful I hadn't been to my bank's site or any of my credit-cards' for a while - she could've made things even worse!

(Of course then - I would've had to kill her - not that I've ruled that out yet. )

Her mother thinks it's all my fault naturally.

I suppose it was... in a way... I never should've let her stay here alone.

But my friend has a Chevy S-10 and there really wasn't enough room in the cab for all three of us.

Besides, she was just supposed to watch TV.
