IMO, it's best to split costs & resources 50/50, and you need to offer tflux & FTP, and remember, if you are selling something, they they become a customer, so treat each other with due respect, these arrangements have a nasty habit of making enemies rather then friends.

And one more thing, you both can't be downloading at max at the same time, so try to be accommodating with who is downloading when.

That's the exact server. However, since I'm getting it from a reseller, it will cost $180 for the first month, and $130 every month thereafter.

People will get the TFlux account, and FTP FROM the server. Not TO the server. But, if you really need that, we can set it up.

I'm a reasonable and negotiable guy. If you're looking for something specific, such as less than 1 month's access, we can work it out.

There are cheaper OvH resellers out there...way cheaper. Go to your major torrent site and they are on there...just look

PT is a torrent tracker. the uploaders there use seedboxes which are cheap and fast.
bluelabel : fatcat has his specialities - spam and scam

If you are looking for cheaper resellers, check the torrent sites that are common place for lots of seedboxes among average users...
