Why is this site not in WTAW? Am not a member but i heard it has releases from Mystery-RSD-Ect, All brand new...

Someone has to make a review before it gets ranked and added.

I don't think it's a fraud site, but I don't think it has a very big userbase, but I guess I don't actually know that.

And as far as signing up, there is a box where you have to enter:

Your reason for joining. What NEW and EXCLUSIVE (cannot be found anywhere else) material can you immediately upload? What can you contribute to SGR v3.0 with? (if you have nothing -no new material- then donating for upload credit is also considered contribution.)

So technically, if you have some material to upload, you wouldn't have to donate to get in.
