Change it back to a .rar file and extract the files with winrar.
It's not a cd image so I'm not surprised you are having problems trying to burn is as one. That's like trying to press hamburgers and expecting to make cider.

I already unzipped it. Andi want to burn it cauz i want to play it on an emulator but connectix won't work on xp and epsxe is not good for me i dont' like it and i need when i burn movies to svcd the cd's are blank but it says burn complete?So i can't play it on the dvd player or on the one on the comp.Thanks.
