Umm what connection do you have if you have 56k you aren't going to get over 6kb/s . Just do searches and download the files with good sources. Also click Auto Search More. Good sources are 10+ .
I have cable. Some times i can get over 100 kb/s (or higher). But now it's verry slow.
I got this link from a fastrack site, so it should be ok.
just cuz its on fasttrack dont mean its gonna be super fast
people dont relize IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE SOURCE
