Hmm perhaps try another carrier to upload your files?

You could also try their upload-tool.

You could write them a mail and ask

    [email protected]

I can max my connection up and down, of which the upload is also faster than 30kB/s, but I also heard they have technical problems in the last time.

The settings in uTorrent are different than the settings in RapidUploader. The only thing I could think of would be an incorrect setting that is limiting your upload speed.

That is pretty strange. Do you have to use rapidshare? An upload site with ftp support might sort you out.
