Yeah, there was a period where I didn't download anything for about two months or so, but still logged in daily and posted for the community. So I think as long as you log in here and there your account should be fine.

If you mean open signups i'd say thats pretty unlikely. I read that they are planning for invites to come back though so maybe you'll be able to get in then (whenever 'then' is

)

actually, what people at fst think has nothign to do with what the blackcats admins think.

and stoi posted that there's a 99% chance that blackcats will never have open signups again. I think your question should be if and when invites will be enabled
