    With 1.5 Mbps DSL I get up to 160KB/s on downloads. I mainly get those high speeds with popular and well seeded files, like new movies and CD albums.

    BT experimental is the BEST IMO!!! you can adjust upload which will greatly increase your download like from 50k to 150K, 30K to 70K, 15k to 30 with poorest connection.
    You will never know until you try it!
