having trouble logging in

I'm having trouble longing in to some of my accounts including bitmetv. it keeps saying wrong security image but I know its right.
It has done this before in the the past and I normally clear cache & Cookies but this time its not working.
Any Ideas?

umm each time you retry refresh the page so the new security code will show, and make sure you get the right case and the right letters

I have done that but still nothing?
Last time this happened I just cleared the cookies but its just not working.

Keep refreshing the image until you find one you know will be right.

Try IE as an alternative, then go back to /browse using firefox, you should go straight in.

I don't have a bitmetv acc. but bitme code is pretty easy I guess

funny I just tried at work and everything is loging in. so it must be my computer!
not sure why? but will try agian when I get home.
