Apparently it's the RIAA that will bust you for porn. Yes, porn (most) is also copyrighted.
Of course the RIAA would not like to be seen as protecting the interests of pornographers, their own clients, so they mask their actions as an attack on all filesharing in general.

RIAA= Recording Industry Association of America = The death of Music with a meaning = Kirk Hammand's best friend..
The MPAA Only deals with movies that are big releases and don't have any control over pornography, because they are owned by private organizations. (Or your parents.)

But they Most ARE copyrighted and technically you COULD be hel responsible for "Copyright Infringment" but it wouldn't be by the RIAA or MPAA
Did you check out the link I gave? The Riaa and Titan are connected. Titan is the porn purveyer, Riaa is the watchdog for them.

This is the www, not the USA.
I dont know the Law re: Porn in USA...
However, distribution/possesion of Hard Core Pornography in the UK is illegal unless via a Licensed Adult shop....ie Sex Shop.
Therefore, downloaded porn is illegal in the UK.
On saying that....I dont think anyone is likely to ever be prosecuted unless it was child porn or similar nastiness.
