Can someone tell me whats the diff, with scene rls, & not scene rls, like does PtN have stuff from public trackers?

If it hasn't been answered already they are a Scene and non-scene Xvid tracker. There are many movies and such uploaded there that you won't find at any other tracker, period. That's because it allows non-scene and older scene releases. There uploaded movies are from many different sources.
