The email is not real! I talked with my ISP and they stated that any email they send has the company letterhead at the top, It would have my internet account #, and contact # for the cable company. It sure looked real at first though.

The most popular tool of hacker's are keystroke logers. (it's how I busted my now ex-wife) If anyone wanted to get all of your private information from your computer anyone with 5 minutes on your computer could install a stealth keystroke loging program such as this: http://www.trueactive.com/index.htm . Many viruses work with this same principal as well.
