Be careful of Titan Media files. I received an e-mail from Titan Media, headquartered in San Diego, via COX (read: COCKS) Communications saying that I am in violation of copyright laws. Apparently somebody from Titan Media downloaded a porn file from me and traced my IP address and threatened to sue my ISP (COCKS.) Titan media is now making subpoenas to ISPs to retrieve our names and addresses so they can sue us. Titan Media offers some sort of bull***t "amnesty" program in which you can buy the video you pirated. I checked it out, and indeed, they ARE suing people for copyright infringement. I'm not trying to create paranoia...just saying...BE CAREFUL with what you share. P.S. ... BOYCOTT this a**hole company, and let them know they'll never get another penny from you.

Do the following things:
1.Get a firewall(ex:ZoneAlarm)
Protects you from Automated searching bots.
2.Hide behind a anonymous proxy
Hides your IP

Delete the file that they found.
Then when they actually do try to sue you, they have no fucking evidence at all. Because any 'evidence' they have now can be easily faked.
Then counter-sue them for wasting your time.

Zone Alarm by it self will not stop the Automated searching bots. I had Zone Alarm running when I got a pm from the RIAA.
