Thread: Newbie Nightmare Pt. Ii

    Another question for the pros:

Could someone PLEASE tell me how to fix the error message in my Roxio Easy CD creator Platinum? The little icon at the bottom of my screen says "Direct CD: No supported drive!" When I run the program itself, the Direct CD function is useless because my "D" drive isn't showing up! Please help a disgruntled newbie!
    Thx!

It simply means that your drive is not supported by the application. Make sure your Easy CD Creator application
is current with its updates, and check your drive's manufacturer's website, possibly for a firmware update
or known issues with Direct CD.
