I don't like that the levels only based on rarity.I wish the new team you choose will make some improvements to the system.
I hope they consider other factors like content and speed and security.
by the way
are you need people to make reviews for the trackers only or also deal with the levels.

as for as i can tell this is not for the WTAW thread at all, its for the WTO thread, and the Tracker Review thread.
so the WTAW thread wont be changing hands at all.
