Wasn't there a site that had specific rules about inviting from certain countries, and that they would ban you if you sent one of them nationalities an invite?

both of the invitee and the inviter are from the same country so he didn't think there would be a problem add to that the one who got the invites offered them direct links to his trackers' profiles.some of them are running under them so they didn't just ban his invitee but also ban him in all their sister trackers.
