^^^ That one sounds like a beast. I'm really disappointed that the ovh uk's price for the kimsufis were raised ,even though they said they wouldn't. I kinda feel that their ripping their UK customers by charging them five more pounds, when their french counterparts continue to pay the same prices as before. Looks like more people will have to shift their focus on finding french resellers now.
See ya in another life, brother.
Yeah, but an extra 5 pounds for 4x the RAM and 140GB more HD space is a pretty good deal if you ask me, especially now that you can run Windows server on it easily.
Like i said, the french ovh added more ram and stuff to their servers too, with no added cost. Raising the prices for UK residents seems a little strange to me. Fortunately, they give you back the difference back in something called loyalty points. Loyalty points are pretty much credits given to you for continuing your service with them. Once you get enough points you can use those to pay for a free months of rent or whatever. I'd still rather just have the price remain the same though.
See ya in another life, brother.
Does anyone know a good reseller, i'm a danish citizen and its hard to but directly from ovh.de/co.uk/fr/com
Im buying it from a friend living in the UK, so maybe you might know someone who lives in the UK or France or something?
@Sanka113: I still think I'm getting a great deal here, but I didn't know French OVH prices stayed the same...
No, I don't know anyone :/
I tried a fakename on ovh.co.uk and pay with my CC but they didn't accept it.
How do ovh servers compare against vectoral? I would love to test the kimsufi but unfortunately I cant order one cos I dont live in the UK.
there are alot of private resellers for ovh that you could find n0_NaMe :]
