      Ok....this should work:

    Delete the folder Temporary Internet Files Then re-create the folder.

    BOT 
    I can't delete the"temporary internet files" folder at this time. Windows says, it's a system folder.
    I'll try to do it later in safe mode when I'm out of the net.

    ok, here is a basic guide to delete, find, etc....through MS-dos. you have to start in ms-dos tho....of course.

    you can use it, if you can't delete the folder through safe mode.
    Only in a computer will I find happiness.
