Means that you can invite a user, just one.

On the right side of your nick, just click on the option "One invite left" and then invite someone...

Just click on where it say's 1 invitation left and it will allow you to invite someone.
It's like this on many site's, you should already know this by now.

It should show [Invite Someone 1 invitations left]
On your front page beside your username if you have any invites left Just click on this then add the recipient of your invites email address into the email field and add any optional message before hitting send...
If this doesn't appear on the front page then it probably means that you still had 1 unused invite from along time ago before they were turned off for powerusers (Your not a PU right ?) in which case you will not be able to use it.
Incidentally powerusers are recieving invites again but presumably it's only for high ratio PU I have recieved one the last 2 weeks when my ratio was over 4.5 but I did a lot of downloading this week and my ratio slipped to 2.5 and I never recieved one.
Also the first invite I recieved I gave to a friend the second was I recieved I haven't sent it out yet so maybe PU with ratio of X are entitled to a max of 1 invite at any one time.
Can anyone confirm what the requirements are for PU invites at TL ?
I read something about this in the TL forums a few weeks back...
