I am having a problem with the RundII32.exe

for example I have been trying to access this site for a time as well as others but I couldn't.
There has been problems with programs on my system as well.
And It was all because of RundII32.exe, I had to delete the RundII32.exe file and It all stopped.
Now I can access this site as well as others

Now some of the menu's won't work, mainly In the control panel.

I don't want to put RundII32.exe back on my system, for It to start all over again.

What I am looking for Is a file that does the same job as RundII32.exe, and makes the menu's work.
    And works In XP Professional.

rundll32.exe is a Vital windows file, you need it.
the problem is probably not the rundll file but something else
+ i doubt you really did delete it properly unless you also deleted it from dllcache folder (hidden), hence if you look in c/windows/system32 you will see that rundll32 is back.
do a virus scan, system check etc

Do a virusscan immediately. It's possible your rundll32.exe file has become infected.

As 100% said this is a vital system file, and should not ever be removed.

It's one of the running processes for windows, I know this.
And I did delete It, I did It In safe mode.

I had problems with RundII32.exe I deleted It, now all the problems have gone.
    RundII32.exe was the problem

I did a virus scan, It came up with nothing

I am looking for Is a file that does the same job as RundII32.exe

I found a solution to the problem, I downloaded a modified version of RundII32.exe.
Then I had to go looking for another dII, called MSVCRTD

    It's working now,
