The way I see it, RIAA is scanning the major networks and coming up with a lot of Kazza, Grokster, similar programs. I see the best option as downloading packets of music/movies through IRC chat. Does anyone feel differently?

the riaa has been in irc for years. the only reason why you don't hear much is because it's a lot harder to target single users with irc. it's a well protected program. people who serve and shit can people like the riaa off their backs w/ features built in the fserve like remaining anonymous etc. unlike kazaa where it's easy to spot someone with a lot fo files etc, irc is a much different story
