It's fortunate that the post is worded(unintentionally I'd guess)how it is because he's flirting with a warning.
Read the rules usta,adhere to them and in no time at all you'll have the bitGamer invite you want.

Other choice is keep checking as they have open signup from time to time. There is a sticky at the top of this section with trackers open for signup. Also I agree need to check out the rules
