Mainconcept Mpeg Encoder

mainconcept mpeg encoder will not install, goes up to 94%, then stops with the message unable to open/read mcdsmpeg.ax, this happens on every version i have downloaded. Any Ideas or solutions ?

your computer may have a virus, OR maybe there's some software on your computer inhibiting you from installing it. Make sure if you're using XP or 2k that you have admin priviliges, and that you're not running anything in the background.

I am using ME, I dont know if I have admin privelages, how do I check? I have tried with nothing running in background, not even anti virus or desktop !
