I brake my arm brutal :(

First of all i want to tell you that this post is writed with 1 hand
So i brake my left arm when i was playing basketball (25th of may) and i saw my bone ...
Now i am back from the hospital and i feel big pain
I have broken my right hand before 8 years but i do not remember for what time the pain stopped...
Anyone knows when i will be ok???
And do i need to take drugs?
