OK so I have narrowed it down to these

    GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L $64.99

    GIGABYTE GA-945GCM-S2C $49.99

    GIGABYTE GA-G33M-S2L $94.99

I like Gigabyte boards sure but Im not stuck on them if there are any other suggestions I currently have the EliteGroup ECS G31T-M and it's OK for now but I was thinking of getting something that can handle the 1066 ram I have in there and the 1333 FSB of the E8400. Also BTW I don't have any screens yet but the Asus card I got ASUS EAH3450/HTP/256M Radeon HD 3450 256MB is absolutly fantastic, plays everything I need and the fucker is silent, now at first I was leery of no fan on it but even under load it only goes up to 60 degrees idles around 42 or so I highly recommend this one for all

Why don't you go AMD for cheaper? You can even do hybrid crossfire with the HD3450 IIRC.

Seeing as your going to make an HTPC, AMD should have similar performance as Intel.

Thanks for the advice but the thing is I already have 3 intel processors to choose from and going AMD I would have to spend some dough for a new CPU then and at this point Im trying to save up for a really nice HTPC case
