The site has for all material arts amazing instructional videos. Pre times for new events and series(contender, ultimate fighter...) are still the best, The content is mimimum 9.

nCore - Has more than 20000 torrents, excellent english and hungarian content with very good pre times and speed, the content should be 8.

i think you should create better ranking for sites for example ScL 5 lvl [5/8/8] - 5 for overal content, 8 for packs and 8 for speeds because ScL has 8 in rating vs ScT (10 in rating) i think this is not so good compare....
