Levels are based on rarity...if a tracker has 10k users...it is less rare then a tracker with 1k users. I thought that was obvious...but I guess it needed explanation.

U*-* has ~5K members. E has ~1K members. F*C has ~3K members

U*-* lvl 10. E lvl 9. F*C lvl 9

No, No new FSC invites will be granted, however if you still have them, you can still give them. Same thing with FTN. Completely closed means invites are all disabled. If they are completely closed then how did someone just get invited 30 minutes ago.

it is because FTN has more members and more invites out then FSC...atleast that would be the only assumption to justify the ranking difference imho.
