Theoretically speaking, YES, they should.
ratings should be redone. the lowest score is 3. btw, on a scale from 1 to 10, the middle is 5.5, not 5... so average is either 5 or 6 if only using integers.
there should be a clear mention that levels mean rarity. people still confuse this. e.g. "LEVELS MEAN RARITY"
lastly, puretna should go up one. registrations have been closed for a while
