TL should stay @ lvl four, TL has x8-10 the users ScT has and in addition, you can get TL big buffer for ScT.
i feel that TT should go up but meh.

They also have around 40 000 users , 500 points can be mail in 25 days, with 4 torrents uploaded per day !
And don't forget, very often in the last months, invites were 50 points, not 500 !
