in Ethor's case, 90% of the content is french dubbed movies/tv-shows so being member of Ethor without speaking french makes you nothing but a collector, period.

eehm not lvl 4 maybe but they removed all invites and you can't buy invites with bonus like before, so they are like TL now that's because I think they sould be lvl 3
