that was happened because of " invites rarity " and " secret stuff "

levels = rarity of invites and it doesn't care about a thing calls content

this rarity itself that forces you to donate to a tracker to get an invite or even trade for it

so , you may surprise when you see a high level tracker with very poor content , bad pretime and sicked speeds ..

i think it's time to take care of content and rarity both because most of us needs large content vith high speeds
