In my opinion several changes have to be made:
1.F*** and SCt removed
2.TT down to level 6. Although they closed invites many accounts are being traded here.
3.E**** up to level 10. It's the hardest to get in tracker.

no. E up to the highest. uk-t & ftwr was closed down. ftwr was lvl 10 once. i would call it the curse of Level Ten!

The entire scale needs to be reworked
Without solid/known anchors (at least two) in each rating, the scale becomes meaningless (Mainly for 4+ trackers)
