Powerbits tracker rating should be much higher. They have over 23k (23428) scene releases on the tracker and dl/ul-speeds are very reasonable. The rating is only 7 at the moment which is way too low.

ScT actually is techniquely very difficult to get for free but I'm referring to it in a different metric.
As much as I hate to admit this fatcat is actually right sites shouldn't fluctuate like a stock market. You have sites like ScL and iTS being compared to ScT and BMTV. I'm sorry but both should be knocked down to 3 as the demand for those sites isn't even remotely close to the others.

I think you're wrong just because for the simple fact that iTS has a high demand, Scl not so high, that's true, but iTS deserves the level as much as SCT.
