I used to have a teacher back in highschool who used to say the same thing... only she talked about our grades (and u want to get a 10/10 there...)

Anyway back to the topic - i do think that BcG should be [10] and it should go up to lvl 5 atleast... the pre-times are good there (not great though compare to some 0-day trackers) but the content is just amazing and the speed (even for old torrent) is very nice...
