I agree that the contents of bit-hdtv should be ranked higher than 7. Note that hd-bits.ro has a score of 8. Bit-HDTV has 6,300+ torrents whereas hd-bits.ro has 1,300+ torrents; that's almost 5x! Either increase the content score of bit-hdtv or decrease the score of hd-bits.ro.
As to the level, we should observe further. As of the moment, only Elite users (200gb uploads and ratio of 2.05) can send invites. If it's going to remain this way for long or as a matter of policy, then the level should increase due to difficulty in getting in.

ppl are making from TVT.ro something very great, TVT.com is much better, i was in both and i gave my TVT.ro account cuz TVT.com us much better.
in TVT.com pre time speed content is amazing you can find there everything and i mean everything.
because of TVT.com there is no need at all for TVT.ro not loots of people looking for this, so it's need to be level 2 but not more for sure...
