Speeds? Speeds there are horrible... In ScL and iTS cases, yes it is. People think that those trackers are great in content but they aren't. Definitely they aren't, they have good packs but nothing else.

ScT uploads more packs nowadays since tht freeleech rules been implemented and the speed in ScT cant be matched at ScL
And almost all the packs in ScL have been released in ScT before

lvl 10 isnt tht bad in speeds and they do have decent content
They beat ScL when all sections are compared
amd TL definitely beats ScL in content and speed

This thread is about the rarity of the invites and the sites on lvl 1 are open signups. Lets see you get a U*-* invite so easily if its lvl 1 for you
And community based U*-* is one of the best I've come across

i dunno if U*-* is real or a fantasy or a fable but in reality i always like fables and fantasy guess thats why im a dreamer always have been always will .................some random non sensical ramblings of an old man my edit, it shouldn't be rated with a number per say but just rated as rare or shangrila or some place we dream about like in fantasy
