Actually GFT has invites on at least 4 sites that I know of and recruitment threads on on a bunch of other places.I'd give a 3 if you really wanted to be fair.
It is only somewhat rare for traders because they do such a good job of getting rid of them.

As for iTS as far as understand it the only people who are interested in the site are people who might actually get involved there so once again its virtually worthless to traders.

I think this needs a major updating. A lot of the sites that are listed as easy to get in are near impossible and vice-versa.
Ratings have changed too, some rated low are better than some who are rated high.
