IP banned at TD. Help?

I'm so sad that TD staff banned all my ISP ips .
I had an account at torrent-damage.net with a good buffer . I had not been banned from the site, but because of cheaters which are using the site with the same ISP , TD staff banned my ISP ips which is starting with ( 217.139.xxx.xxx ).
So if some one can talk to TD staff and tell them that a lot of users had lost their accounts not because of themselves, but because of other cheaters .
I need some one can tell the staff that, and i will be very lucky, if some one from the staff read this .

Do you think that they banned his IP, but created some special filter that was going to allow him to see that page?

There really are a few great staffers, but unfortunately the opposite is the norm.

I had not been banned, they blocked all my ISP ips.
