Peerguardian and the ip blocker don't help if the RIAA or Brein hires someone that works outside the known ip's.
OK So they can get your list of files!!! That's what I was afraid of.
But I guess this list also includes the hashes. Compare these with hashes of known illegal copies and you're caught.No downloading needed.
Don't know if this evidence will hold in court, but it can be some sort of proof.
