I did some researching myself and noticed that at some point it was uploaded to the eDonkey2000 network (hxxp://ed2k.earthreactor.com/Wcb6a642073a41.htm).You can try the links out but I can't confirm if they still work or not. I don't use eDonkey2000 anymore so I didn't test them. Once I realized it had been ripped at some point in time on the net I decided to dig even deeper and came across this > hxxp://www.warcenter.cz/viewtopic.php?t=13766 . It's exactly the movie you're looking for, uploaded to RapidShare and ripped in xvid or divx (your choice). The only downside to these RapidShare links is that the audio is not in english and there are no subtitles. I'm still on the hunt and will edit my reply if I find an english copy.

Interestingly enough I found out that the scene also ripped this (not just p2p).

The SMB release was nuked, they claim it was just a dupe of the iNTENSE release (probably an accurate assumption, so I would try to get the iNTENSE copy or the FiNaLe one). Figured I would post these for searching/requesting purposes. I looked for both but couldn't find them either. You really picked one elusive movie to find, but I like the challenge.

EDIT: I guess DC++ is another option I could try but I'm only doing that when I run out of all other ideas.
