    it's not vps
    it is dedicated...
    It's easy to install?i dont know about linux os but for windows 2003 server editon easy to instal
    easy to use? and surely easy to use cuz you can connect with remote desktop so you will control it like your own pc
    it's windows server or linux? you will decide it
