Had 80kb/s cap before, now i'm upping steady at 260. Not sure if thats my limit, but I'd be happy with it.

ya mine was 80-90 before (it would burst to 200 sometimes with the speedboost) Now mine is around 250 as well, if i'm in a large swarm, and connected to the right peers.
The sandvine is still in place, which causes random discos with peers, and some peers in Europe I only have like 50kB worth of routing to. But like I said, overall in a large swarm or through multiple torrents, mine is 200-250 as well 
Which is sweet! Way better than before.
